Once you contact us, we will provide a return address (UK, Australia, Germany, or France). To ensure a speedy refund, please ship items back within 5 business days of receiving the address.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if you choose to exchange your item for something else, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you!
Processing Time
Once your package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it (checking that it's unused and in original condition). This usually takes a few days, but can take up to 14 days during busy periods. We’ll email you the moment your refund is finalized.
