The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, international delivery usually takes about 5–9 days and depends on the distance between you and the Space Artsy office. The expected delivery time may be longer due to a seasonal increase in sales on the global market or turbulence related to e.g. COVID19.
Shipment Tracking After we shipped your order and the logistics is confirmed the shipment, we will send you an email about the updated shipping information. Don't worry if you cannot receive the email in a few days, your order has been shipped successfully and the reason is just the logistics has some delay on the tracking information.
